A colorful interpretation of the large ground dwelling Australian bustard which inhabits grassland,woodland and shrub in northern Australia. During elaborate mating displays, the male expands the large throat sac, also the chest sac until it nearly reaches the ground, and fans the tail feathers over his back.

While photography has always been a passion, my painting adventure began after visiting a wildlife art exhibition in Melbourne, Australia. Exploring ways to create colorful contemporary images featuring animals, flowers and other elements of nature was a new venture for me. Now I am studying the exciting creation of digital paintings. Having graduated from Melbourne University with a BA(Hons) specialising in international relations, I am interested in portraying the world's exotic species.
