Smallest of the otter species, the Asian Small-clawed Otter's natural habitat covers a very large area from the Himalayas down to Indonesia and it has been listed as vulnerable since 2014. These otters use their forepaws rather than their mouth to locate and catch food such as mussels, clams and small fish.

While photography has always been a passion, my painting adventure began after visiting a wildlife art exhibition in Melbourne, Australia. Exploring ways to create colorful contemporary images featuring animals, flowers and other elements of nature was a new venture for me. Now I am studying the exciting creation of digital paintings. Having graduated from Melbourne University with a BA(Hons) specialising in international relations, I am interested in portraying the world's exotic species.
