The Sumatran orang-utan is critically endangered due to the unprecedented destruction of their native forest habitat for the production of palm oil plantations.

While photography has always been a passion, my painting adventure began after visiting a wildlife art exhibition in Melbourne, Australia. Exploring ways to create colorful contemporary images featuring animals, flowers and other elements of nature was a new venture for me. Now I am studying the exciting creation of digital paintings. Having graduated from Melbourne University with a BA(Hons) specialising in international relations, I am interested in portraying the world's exotic species.
